Michael Dodds                      (Barrister Sole)

Michael Dodds was admitted to the bar in 1980 and has now been practising litigation for 28 years, the last 8 of which have been as Barrister Sole. Michael practises extensively in the family and criminal jurisdictions, with comprehensive experience in relationship property, care of children, and serious criminal issues.

Haylee Rhodes                                 (Legal Assistant)

Haylee Rhodes, nee Pivac, is a hugely experienced Legal Assistant, having worked in law offices in Whangarei and the Family Court. She has been with MDLaw for 5 years and will often be your first point of contact. Haylee is from the Dargaville area and is actively working on her Te Reo skills.

Marion Osman     (Legal Administrator/Assistant)

Marion Osman is an import from the UK where she gained extensive administrative experience in a number of areas. She has honed her legal skills in Kerikeri in the past 3 years and we are lucky to have her recently join MDLaw.
